What to expect

  • Step 1 – Make contact
  • Step 2 – Introductory meeting
  • Step 3 – Paperwork and technology
  • Step 4 – First counselling session
  • Step 5 – Subsequent sessions

We offer online, phone and in-person* counselling

*In-person not available until after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted
